About the foundation

A steady hand for older adults and the people who care for them.

Growing older can bring new decisions about care, housing, transportation, benefits, safety and day-to-day support. Embracing the Aged Foundation connects older adults, loved ones and caregivers with practical guidance and community resources so they can make informed choices.

Our focus includes people living with cognitive or physical limitations, as well as the families and caregivers supporting them. We help simplify the next step and connect people with trustworthy local options.
